Stephen & Lance | Plattsburgh, NY Wedding Photography

A few weeks ago, I made the trip to Upstate NY for a little Plattsburgh, NY wedding photography.  I was fortunate to have the amazingly talented Chris McIntosh of C. McIntosh Photo working with me on Stephen and Lance’s wedding at the Rainbow Banquet Hall in Altona.  If you’ve been following my work for a while, you’ve probably seen my cousin Stephen in some of my older photos.  You may have even seen Lance in some more recent shots.  I couldn’t be happier for these two and am thrilled to welcome Lance to the family!

I started the day photographing Stephen and his side of the wedding party as they got ready in Plattsburgh, while Chris was with Lance and his side of the party in Altona.  We had fantastic weather and tons of fun.  They chose to do a first look and I’m so glad!  We took some photos of the whole wedding party, then headed in for the ceremony.  After dinner, the dance floor opened up and I can safely say that this is the first wedding I’ve attended where the couple has broken out a beer pong table during the reception.  These guys like to have a good time!

You’ll see a sign that the guys had on display throughout the day.  The sign said, “Achievement Unlocked: Get Married.”  They had one on the car that Lance arrived in and they also had a more durable version that, if I understand correctly, Lance’s dad made for them.  Pretty cool stuff.

Congrats, Stephen and Lance!  It was a pleasure to photograph your special day!
